All sessions require a non refundable retainer fee upon booking. This is half of the fee for your select session. The remaining balance is due the day of your session. If you wish to upgrade your collection after viewing you may do so.

Images within your package selection come with a print release but you also have the option of conveniently ordering directly from your gallery using a professional print lab that delivers exceptional quality prints. A discount or print credit will be given for use of images for social media.

Once you are a client you will receive prep guides for your session and what to expect.

Jenn was absolutely wonderful! She came to our home for our in home newborn lifestyle session and was prepared for anything. She was so patient with our excited 4 year old, was able to get our newborn settled down in seconds any time he started to fuss, and was even able to get great photos with our family dog, who is still an active puppy! Our newborn broke out with acne the week of photos, and you would never know. Jenn took the time to edit all of the photos so that his skin looked baby soft. She put together a slideshow of the finished photos that was so beautiful it brought us to tears. The photos are so high quality and absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for everything. Common FAQs

Q: How long have you been a photographer?

A: I have had a camera at my side forever! But, I started taking it seriously 6+ years ago. I began with taking courses to improve my camera skills, business courses to actually understand to how run one, posing courses, in person newborn posing and safety certification, and studio lighting workshops. I will continue always to learn from the best educators in the photography world, all to help make the best possible experience for my clients! I started my business in my home and after just a couple of years, I grew into a 1000 sq ft commercial location!

Q: What does the retainer fee cover?

A: Your retainer fee is non refundable. This is holding your day and time so no one else may book it. It covers the time spent in the prep, materials, direction, and the session itself.

Q: how old does my newborn have to be?

A: For best results your baby should be 5-7 days old. This is when they are the sleepiest and can be posed. I only use natural poses for the safety of your baby but, once your baby is a certain age there is a limit as to what poses they can do. You can still photograph a baby at any age, your results will just be different. Plan ahead to reserve your time on my calendar!

Q: how long will it take to receive my images?

A: My usual editing time is 2-3 weeks. During busy seasons this can change. I will keep you updated on editing time per the season.

Q: Do you offer any albums, prints, canvases, etc?

A: I do! After you have viewed your gallery and choose your collection, you will receive your discounted artwork code, and then will be able to browse my shop for a variety of products from a high end quality print lab.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes, I do offer pre-payment plans! Let me know what I can do to help! Images are not delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Q: what happens if you aren't able to make it to our session?

In the super unlikely event that I am too ill, injured, or there's some other emergency, we can either reschedule our session or I can refer you to fellow photographers I trust to care for you. I have never missed a session date yet, but please understand when emergencies arise.

Q: How do I book you for my portrait?

A: Love that question the most! To book me for your special day, simply let me know if you're ready to lock in your date and start planning! Once we decide on a date, I will send you an invoice to your retainer fee, followed by a contract to e-sign.
