Welcome to our photography studio in Medina —a thoughtfully designed space created with photographers and creatives in mind. Conveniently located just north of Medina Square, this cozy yet versatile studio offers a comfortable lounge area, private bathroom, and dedicated changing room, making it perfect for family, maternity, newborn, branding, and lifestyle sessions.

The studio is fully equipped with two LED wall-mounted lights, an Einstein strobe, and a selection of paper backdrop rolls for clean, timeless setups. For a more relaxed and storytelling feel, enjoy our bedroom lifestyle set, ideal for intimate portraits and modern sessions. Convenient keypad lock entry allows for easy, contactless access, so you can focus on creating without interruption.

Whether you’re hosting clients or working on personal projects, this Medina studio provides a calm, stylish space to bring your vision to life.

PAYMENT: All payments are final and never refunded including if the client cancels. Invoice sent via Zelle.

INSURANCE: Businesses, Corporations, Production Companies and other legal entities required, prior to rental, to present a certificate of general liability insurance as additionally insured on the dates of the rental. If so required, Photographer’s liability insurance shall be deemed primary and non-contributory insurance in the event of any claim or suit. 

RESCHEDULE: Rescheduling is only available 48+ hours in advance. There is a $25 fee for rescheduling.

HEADCOUNT: Maximum 10 people in the studio at a time.

ENTRY TIME: Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of booking. Photographer’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Time includes set up and break-down. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early or extended hours must be worked out and paid for in advance before rental period begins.

LATE DEPARTURE: Reservations end on time. $10 is charged for every 5 minutes extending into the next hour.

DAMAGE: All props and equipment required to be returned in the original spot, clean. A fee is charged at owner discretion for spills, food, glitter, stains, items left behind, or broken items at new cost. Fee is final once assessed.

MUSIC: Music can be played from a speaker at a reasonable volume.

FURNITURE: No standing or jumping on furniture. A fee is charged at owner discretion if any furniture is damaged.

CLEANING & TRASH: Photographer agrees to leave the premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when Photographer arrived. Company will charge at minimum a $50 cleaning/damages fee.
