Once you've decided to move forward with your photoshoot, I will get you on the calendar.

I will be sending over a session agreement form by email for you to e-sign along with an invoice to pay your non refundable retainer fee to reserve your day and time. Your remaining balance will be due by the day of the session.

During the time after booking and leading up to your photoshoot, we will plan everything together. Your location, your colors, hair and/or make up.

Feel free to message me and ask me anything. I will respond within a 24 hour timeframe.

Once your photoshoot is over, I'll spend time selecting the best photos for you to choose your favorites from. Once you've selected, I'll finish editing.

Your gallery will be delivered via email where you will be able to view, share and download your digitals. I am always available after your session ends to guide you on what can be a difficult decision making process.

5. your photographs

The day has come! All the hard work of planning is over, now it's time to just relax and enjoy your session.!

Bring water and snacks. Extra make up and a brush just in case.

How should I prepare before my session?

Stick with solid colors, minimal patterns, and well-fitted clothing. Neutrals, jewel tones, and classic pieces photograph best. Avoid logos or busy prints. When in doubt, bring a few options—I’m happy to help you choose.

Get a good night’s sleep, stay hydrated, and arrive camera-ready. Light grooming (haircut, shave, nails) a day or two before is ideal. If you’re getting professional hair and makeup, schedule it just before your session.

Sessions can take place in-studio or on-location depending on your needs. I also offer on-site headshots for teams and corporate offices.

You’ll receive a private online gallery to view and select your favorite images at your convenience.

How long does a headshot session take?

Most individual sessions last 20–45 minutes, depending on the package. Corporate team sessions vary based on the number of people.

What kind of retouching is included?

All selected images are professionally retouched. This includes skin smoothing, blemish removal, and minor adjustments while keeping your natural look intact.
